Founder and Owner of RJFitness
“Within the first year of my training, all I cared about was looking better and being healthier.
Over time and with continued training, a passionable “click” hit me relatively quickly, and as a result, I started taking my training and nutrition much more seriously.
This forced me into extensively researching exercise and nutrition science by studying and reading recent findings within the exercise literature, listening to accredible podcasts and seminars, reading related books, and closely following the evidence-based fitness community.I was extremely eager to continually educate myself to inevitably maximize my progress in the gym due to this passionate drive.Through my ongoing experiences and training, my formidable passion for fitness ultimately led me in the direction with the desire to help others achieve their fitness goals / dream physiques.By falling in love with the science behind exercise and nutrition, I was able to confidently do this.Furthermore, by continuing my studies in Kinesiology and broadening my area of expertise, this allowed me to greatly expand my knowledge and thus employ the attributed confidence to coach all healthy men, women, and athletes.I continued my studies in school and shortly after became a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA with the sole purpose of providing the highest quality service and value to all my clients.A great majority of my free time to this day is dedicated to keeping up to date with the ongoing research, and providing value to my clients.”
