Ryan Jewers’s 12-week Powerbuilding Program is designed for both men & women looking to concurrently take their muscle & strength gains to the next level. This comprehensive program is extremely detailed and was delicately formulated using scientific principles and consciously constructed to optimize both muscle and strength development simultaneously for beginner-intermediate lifters only. This training approach is very popular among many gym-goers as it offers the best of both worlds and is an enjoyable change from the bodybuilding/powerlifting paradigm most often seen. If you are an advanced lifter, I would suggest training for one trait at a time.
This program features 2 options to choose from depending on how many days you can train per week. (over 5 months worth of training!)

  • 4x per week option.
  • 5x per week option.
  • Each training regimen includes three 6-week training blocks. These training blocks are periodized and structured accordingly to maximize performance and recovery by including designated deload periods, introduction weeks, and strategically designed accumulation microcycles. This program uses block & weekly-undulating periodization.
    Program Focus: This program focuses on simultaneous muscle and strength development through strategic manipulation of training variables.
