Ryan Jewers’s Base Online Coaching package is an ongoing service designed for individuals who are aspiring to take their physique and knowledge to the next level. Together and as a team, you will work closely with Ryan Jewers's teammate Ian Mclellan while having the ability to convene with Ryan Jewers himself to achieve your fitness goals in the most effective and efficient manner using evidence-based training & nutrition principles.

What’s Included: ✔️

  • High-Level Coaching by Ian Mclellan (IG: coachingbymclellan): This one on one ongoing coaching service is provided by Ryan's teammate Ian, however, you still have the ability to convene with Ryan Jewers himself. Ian is a very intelligent and trusted colleague of Ryan and has been a close friend for 5 years. The coaching is of course, personalized and thus tailored to you to best fit your needs. We use a science-based approach and meticulous programming to net you the best results in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Preparation Information Package: Detailed and individualized information package containing preparatory information, as well as important training and nutrition information to help kickstart the process.
  • 24/7 Communication via Texting: You will have access to a Group Chat with Ian and Ryan for support and any questions with fast response time (Ian: immediate-12 hours // Ryan: within 72 hours when necessary).
  • Training app: Phone application to track training performance (sets and reps), provide updates, and review changes made to your nutrition protocol.
  • Ongoing Individualized Training Programming: Your training programs are designed around your personal needs (e.g., lagging muscle groups, availability / work schedule, etc.) to ensure that you reach your goal physique in the fastest manner possible.
  • Ongoing Individualized Nutrition Programming: You will be provided all of the requisite tools alongside training to get you into shape. These tools consist of a Meal Plan, Grocery List, and / or Macronutrient Targets.
  • Supplement Protocol: You will be provided a list of the exact supplements to use, and you will continue to be prescribed supplements on a needs basis.
  • Exercise Technique Analysis and Monitoring (form checks via video): Your exercise technique (form) will be assessed and continuously monitored during our time working together to ensure that you're performing the movement optimally for the best results and intended outcome.
  • Ongoing accountability: The requisite tools will be provided to keep you motivated and moving in the right direction. The process should be enjoyable and easily fit into your schedule to ensure that adherence is in place.
  • Weekly Check-In: Detailed weekly check-ins are mandatory for every client, no matter how communicative we are. The check-in protocol is designed in such a manner to ensure that we are checking all the necessary boxes week to week so I am confidently and continuously moving you in the right and desired direction.
    Coach-Client Relationship: Open communication will be of paramount importance. Coaching relies heavily on the coach-client relationship to build honesty and trust, as we are investing into your life with the intent of maximizing results, sustainability, and value.
